Hello, Fellow Residents of District 3:

My name is Wendy Ha Chau. I am a long time tenant of San Francisco for nearly 2 decades, and I have lived in District 3 Lower Nob Hill area for 16 years as a tenant. I am also a Civil Rights Attorney with extensive litigation experience.

I am running as a grassroots candidate, committed to representing the voices of everyday residents. I believe in building solutions from the ground up, working closely with the people who make this city what it is. My campaign is powered by love for the community, not big donors or special interests.

My experience as a civil rights attorney, specializing in constitutional law and government administrative policies, has equipped me with the skills needed to address the pressing issues facing San Francisco and District 3. Throughout my career, I have successfully tackled issues related to crime, homelessness, substance use disorder services, and revitalizing neglected neighborhoods, while also working to improve educa
tional opportunities for the children of District 3.

I am running for the District 3 seat because of my deep love for San Francisco and its community. I am the only candidate that have fought the City for accountability and demand change. I am committed to holding agencies accountable for their actions, bringing complete transparency to the city's governance, and putting an end to all "back-alley" deals. I will ensure that all contractors are audited annually to guarantee that promised services are delivered to the people.

I also want to revitalize Chinatown, Lower, and Upper Polk businesses by bringing back our unique SF culture, art, and entertainment to these areas.

My heart will always be for the people first. The time is now to make fundamental changes and elect new people. Vote for me, Wendy Chau, to lead San Francisco toward positive change. We can create a safer, cleaner, and more prosperous city.

Yours Truly,
